FUSION MAKES IT SEVEN STRAIGHT BY RIPPING CINCINNATI 55-6.

WE DID IT AGAIN. YOUR CLEVELAND FUSION BEAT ICKY WOOD’S CINCINNATI SIZZLE 55-6 SATURDAY NIGHT AT CWRU STADIUM. Hundreds of FUSION FANS (THE GREATEST FANS ON THE PLANET) braved  the elements to enjoy another great rout.  Martina Latessa and Chawnte Johnson each rushed for over 100 yards. Quarterback Beth Andrasik was 11 for 18 with 3 touchdowns and no interceptions. Latessa, Johnson, Andrasik, as well as Kaeleen Boden, Candace Jones and Maria Jackson had touchdowns. Angela Mason had an interception. The Fusion travels to Baltimore this Saturday to make it a PERFECT 8-0 SEASON against Central Maryland. THE TEAM RETURNS HOME TO CWRU ON SATURDAY, JUNE 15 FOR THE FIRST ROUND OF PLAYOFFS AGAINST THE WEST MICHIGAN MAYHEM. WE’LL SEE YOU THERE. Stay tuned for MORE. GO FUSION!

FUSION HOSTS CINCINNATI SATURDAY NIGHT AT CWRU TO MAKE IT SEVEN IN A ROW

THE FUSION  HOSTS ICKY WOODS’ CINCINNATI SIZZLE THIS SATURDAY AT 7:00 PM AT CWRU. The Fusion guarantees a victory to extend its winning streak to SEVEN. Defensive Captain Veronica “Wrecking Ball” Rucker says that the NUMBER 1 DEFENSE IN THE NATION will again hold Cincinnati scoreless. Ticket are $10 for adults, $5 for students and seniors. THANKS FOR A GREAT FUNDRAISER SATURDAY

THANKS FANS. As you all know, the Fusion held a fundraiser last Saturday at the
Spotted Dog in Cleveland. OVER 150 PEOPLE ATTENDED AND HAD A GREAT TIME. There
were side boards, drawings, 50/50 raffles and all the beer and food the fans
could drink and eat. A big THANK YOU TO KWOWW, ALL THE PLAYERS AND DEREK FROM THE  SPOTTED DOG FOR MAKING THE EVENT A TREMENDOUS SUCCESS . Proceeds will go to the Fusion regular season and playoff
travel expenses to cities such as Baltimore and possible Chicago. Speaking of
the season, PLAN ON WATCHING THE MIGHTY FUSION EXTEND ITS WINNING STREAK TO
SEVEN THIS SATURDAY AT 7 PM AT CWRU AGAINST FORMER CINCINNATI GREAT ICKY WOODS’

FUSION WINS 6TH STRAIGHT BY POUNDING TOLEDO 50-0

AN ELECTRIFIED CROWD WATCHED THE CLEVELAND FUSION BEAT THEE TOLEDO REIGN 50-0 SATURDAY NIGHT AT CWRU STADIUM. The Fusion has outscored its opponents 259-12 so far this season. No Offense has scored on the #1 RANKED FUSION DEFENSE this season. Quarterback Beth Andrasik was 9 for 21 for 188 yards, 3 touchdowns and 0 interceptions. Maria Jackson had 3 receptions for 122 yards. Chawnte Johnson and Martina Latessa had 125 and 110 yards rushing, respectively. Both running backs had touchdowns. Other highlights included a 93 yard pass from Andrasik  to Jackson and a 67 yard kickoff return by Angela Mason. On defense, Stephanie Russo, Christy Conlin, Angela Mason, Leann McKee and Katie Green had interceptions. The team has a BYE this weekend.
