RB MERCEDES EPHRAIM had 21 carries for 190 yards, 2 TDs and a 2 point conversion. WR MARIA JACKSON had 5 receptions for 82 yards, 2 TDs and 2 interceptions for 17 and 85 yards. THE CLEVELAND FUSION LOST A HEARTBREAKER TO DEFENDING NATIONAL CHAMPION BOSTON RENEGADES 24-20 SATURDAY NIGHT IN MAPLE HEIGHTS. Fusion fans were treated to a real thriller as the NATIONAL CHAMPIONS WERE ALMOST DEFEATED. QB KERI PALMA was 12 for 30 for 148 yards, 2 TDs and 1 interception. PALMA also had 21 carries for 112 yards and 1 TD. RB MERCEDES EPHRAIM had 21 carries for 37 yards. WR MARIA JACKSON had 9 receptions for 112 yards and 2 TDs. KICKER LAUREN ACKER had 2 PATs. The Fusion travels to Detroit and Washington DC after a BYE this weekend. The team returns home on JUNE 13 to meet THE WEST MICHIGAN MAYHEM at beautiful Maple Heights Stadium at 7:00 PM.

WR Maria Jackson had 5 receptions for 84 yards and 3 TDS. QB Keri Palma was 3 for 6 for 29 yards, 1 TD and 0 ints. Katie Green had 5 PATs. THE FUSION RIPPED THE INDY CRASH LAST NIGHT 35-0. The team has OUTSCORED ITS OPPONENTS 119-0 in its first three appearances of the 2015 season. The DEFENSE  continued to NOT GIVE UP A POINT AS THE DEFENSE HELD AFTER SEVERAL GOAL LINE STANDS AGAINST INDY. QB  BETH ANDRASIK was 9 of 21 for 179 yards, 2 TDs and 2 inteceptions. RB MERCEDES EPHRAIM had 22 rushes for 274 yards and 2 TDs. WR MARIA JACKSON had 8 receptions for 172 yards and 2 TDs.
